Well, I looked it up and it sounds pretty true. He was arrested last October for misdemeanor battery. He and Kristin Deluca were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. He was also arrested three weeks before that with the charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery. I hope this helped...
