It would be interesting to know if you involve yourself in repetitive movements or if you tend to keep your hands in one position. Long hours spent at a keyboard, that kind of activity. It would also have been helpful to know what you were doing prior to these episodes. Try frequent changes of position of your hands and arms. Flex, stretch, elevate, rotate your hands, wrists and arms. If this doesn't help, see your doctor for evaluation.

Could be carpel tunnel syndrome that is what I suddenly
started to suffer with. Usually at its worst first thing in the
morning. (operation is possible - its something to do with
the ligaments).
BUT if I were you go to the doctor and he will be able to give
you a proper diagnosis.

My husband has been suffering the same thing recently. I advise you go to the doctor about it as it could be anything relating to blood pressure to an injury or RSI.

It might be a vitamin B deficency or it might be a complex migraine. Both of them cause this type of symptom.
