Inside Man is the one that comes to mind right now.
Plus, even though it's not a bank robbery per se, The First Great Train Robbery for the story, the cast (which includes Sean Connery and Donald Sutherland) and the fact that this is set in Victorian England rather than the modern day. Details on IMDB below.

I'd go with Inside Man, Heat, Bonnie & Clyde and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Also, if you're just talking heist movies in general, Ocean's 11 and The Score.

Sod those Hollywood blockbusters - 'Sexy Beast' is an all-time Brit Flick classic! Shows what a genius Ben Kingsley really is, and Ray Winston adds a twist to his usual hard man role.
That said, Inside Man was good also.
