You could just be spending far too much time in front of your computer, make sure you take a break every hour and see if you feel better. Also drink lots of water because you might be dehydrated and that can give you headaches which you may mistake for eye strain.

I won't comment on the spelling, put it down to your bad eyes.
Yes - I have problems with my eyes for which I've got glasses, but the optician said that, when I take the eye test I make it appear that my eyes are worse than the optician is actually seeing (if that makes sense - apparently they can judge how good/bad your eyes are just by watching them). I try my very hardest when I have an eye test, but everything is just a blur. Can't really find an explanation for it.

Yes, i'm short sighted. Not many folk have perfect vision these days, don't worry about it.
