He's a selfish guy... I wouldn't be surprized if the sex is bad... Unfortunately it sounds like you're already married so the best advice I could give you is to talk to the guy. Sex is a give and take relationship... If he doesn't listen then dont give in next time he asks for it. If he's still selfish after this, just imagine how he will be in other matters in life. If worse comes to worse divorse his sorry *** if the option is available... find someone who loves you enough to make your hapiness his primary concern... You deserve no less.

It's like doing someone else a favor-- sure it sucks, (small pun intended) but now they owe you one. Now why would you do something for someone so selfish they wouldn't do it for you?
That said, it's hard to tell a girl if there's some unpleasantness going on-- I actually went home with a girl with severe vaginosis who then SCREAMED at me for not wanting to go down on her! I mean, it's not the easiest thing for a guy to bring up.
Also, thank God the shaved pubic hair thing is now en vogue. Most won't come out and say it unless asked, but pubic hair is pretty nasty! We'll put up with anything to get laid, but it makes oral so much nicer for us! (Guys too! Even though I don't like to shave it off, keep it nice and close cropped for her sake!)
Third, most guys are used to looking at perfect porn ******* and as wrong as it is, we get used to the image of perfect looking privates. Loose or weird shaped privates can turn some guys off, but unlike hair and odor, there's nothing to be done to improve that situation, so grow up and get over it, guy!
Anyhow...give him the benefit of the doubt and make it easy for him to tell you if there's something you can do to improve the experience. If it's out of your control and he still won't. Buy a vibrator and have him murdered. (Or just don't blow him, either way).

He may love her, but when making love it should be mutual. He is saying he wants pleasure but does not want to do the same for her. As for me, me and my wife have been married for about 8 years, and it is to me more important for me to make my wife happy than the other way around. I'm sure its opposite for her however. It should be mutual, he should be worried about satisfying her. Sex means alot in a healthy relationship, when its not good the relationship won't last.

Any man who expects his partner to go down on him, but will not reciprocate is an aszhole and should not receive any. As long as the woman is bathed/showered and clean, there should be no reason not to give her oral.

He's selfish.
Just tell him that going down on him does nothing for you. He seems to think it's an acceptable reason.
Then dump the jerk.

he is like that because he can do it and get away with it. if she stops giving him pleasure then he will take care of her needs. or she can tell him she will go somewhere else so she will be taken care of.

One good turn deserves another.
Do unto others as you'd have them do unto you.
Share and share alike.
If he refuses, then maybe she should too.
