I'm assuming its in the workplace. Follow the chain of command and document EVERYTHING. Your goal should be on getting the harassment to stop and NOT litigation. Harassment cases are extremely hard to win

Fill out an incident report at work every time it happens to establish the basis of the case and use as proof and notify your supervisor.Make copies of the reports and put in a safe place.
