Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Each region of the Arab world has its beauty traits.
The Arabian peninsula is famous for long black hair, big dark eyes, olive complexion and luscious dark red lips. Iraq has the same traits but with lighter complexion.
The Levant countries (Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon) are famous for lighter complexions, lighter hair shades (even blond), colored eyes (from brown to blue and green) and rosy thin lips.
Egypt is famous for the old Egyptian beauty traits of black hair, large black eyes, cafe au lait complexion, full dark lips.
The North African region (Libya, Tunisia, Algiers and Morocco) their beauty traits are a mixture of the Mediterranean, Berber and the Arab.
African Arabs (Sudan, Somalia, Comoros Islands, Djibouti) display the classic dark beauty traits.
So in the end, all women are beautiful in their own accord.

First of all: Aishwarya Rai is not Arabic she's Indian.
Secondly, Arab girls are most famous for their dark hair color, dark eyes (honey brown, black) and dark skin, some have a lighter skin color.
