I live in California, and I was trading with this person, and all of the sudden I saw my name and address on the site. I did not give her any consent to give out my information like that.

Can I do something about this?

Still hasn't answer my question. Can't she get sued for that? Isn't that illegal in California?

You can have a lawyer write a demand letter to have your info removed from the site. First, though, make a polite but firm request to the site owner and see if you get a positive response.

No, you cannot. You're the one who put your personal info out there. Unless you're in a special position (govt., doctor, AA counselor, etc), people can give whatever info they want....and rightly so
