I am not trying to starve myself I want to keep food down but I just cant I am not sick in anyother way this has been going on for 2 days and I have lost 5lbs in 2 days so i now weigh 170 and i am 6ft and so weak I cant drive down 2 the hospital because i am 2 weak should I call 911 (damn it took me 30min to write this)

You might have that new strand of bird flu going around....In any case I'd call 911 ASAP. The post about dehydration was dead accurate, you're going to be going downhill very quickly. Get help soon.

First off you are probably very dehydrated and although you may not have any other symptoms you could still have the intestinal flu. If you are that weak you need to go the the hospital and be seen.
And second, anytime you are sick like this with the flu, a carrot is not probably the best food to be trying to eat. It is too difficult to digest.
If you don't go to the doctor or ER, stick to clear liquids for 24 hours and maybe some crackers. Easier to digest. Then try some soups and toast or puddings. If you are not better after "resting" you stomach, go to the doctor.

I think you should call 911 or a friend or family member to take you to get checked out. At this point you may be dangerously dehydrated.
I don't know how old you are or if you have heart disease in your family, but if you're that weak, that should be listened to as well.
Forget the money; your safety is what matters.

there is no need to starve if u want to decrease ur weight....all u have to do is just avoid eating fry items and eat small amounts in regular intervals... for eg: eat a item tht is free from fat content in small amounts at a regular interval of 2 hours.......doing this can help you.... so dont starve ur self and dont get weak...
It is better to do smalll and simple exercises like playing the game u like or do a evening walk for abt half an hour it will be very usefull.

Try the BRAT diet...
bananas
rice (no butter)
apple sauce
toast (dry)
Ginger ale also calms upset tummies.

You dont have to starve to decrease your weight.Consume raw vegetables and fruits when ever you are hungry.Avoid potato, bananas, mangoes, grapes,spinach.
