They damn well better be, otherwise I'm gonna smack Danny Ainge for ruining our organization.
Gerald Green will be big in a few years, he's developing so quick it's insane. He has a good stroke from the outside, and an ability to finish high and strong at the rim. He needs a more protective dribble (he kind of exposes the ball a bit more than I'd like him to), and I think he should be good.
Tony Allen would have been the next big thing for them, but his injury stopped that. But the thing is, he already had a knee injury just like this one, and came back to be incredibly powerful. Hopefully he can do that again.
Sebastian Telfair should turn into a pretty crafty pg, with good speed and an ability to pass or finish, but he's not confident enough right now to do anything with himself. A few more years should let him become who he wants to.
Al Jefferson has already started to dominate, quietly though, despite Tommy Heinshon screaming his name every 30 seconds. Al needed to bulk up, and develop an game around the rim, which he did. Now, he just needs a decent short range jumper, maybe a couple low post passing drills, and he should be one of the better power forwards today (not center, he's just not a center).
Delonte West, I hate to say, I don't think will be one of the greats to play on the C's. He will be an excellent addition to any team, and we're lucky enough to have him, but I don't think he really has the qualities to lead the team. He can shoot very well from the outside already, and if he gains better ball control, and better passing, he should do pretty well.
I would analyze the rest of them, but I think that's enough for right now.
