I have been through the final interviews and everything is going really well. Will my bad credit keep me from getting hired?

Phrama companies are very detailed. They will do criminal search, and thorough employment and education verification and possibly reference checking.

Possibly. More and more employers are doing intense background checks on prospective employees these days (as they should). It will depend on what types of things are on your credit report. They want to know what your debt is as well as how you pay your bills. If you have a past bankruptcy, that does not necessarily count against you for a job. Also, if you are going to be dealing with credit card numbers, your credit report will play a bigger part in whether you get the job or not.
Good luck to you.
