Mark Madsen (ex-Laker now a T-wolf). What is it with this guy? Everytime I turn on the TV, and Minnesota is playing, some NBA player is forcefully slamming Madsen to the ground (a couple nights ago it was Antonio MyDyess, tonight it was Carlos Boozer)? What smack is he talking out there, anyway? Is he telling all these guys that there moms look like Morgan Freeman, or what? I mean, I kind of enjoy seeing him get slammed every night, because he deserves it for being such a wretched free throw shooter, and being in the league this long, and getting paid millions of dollars to do nothing, but wave a towel on the bench, and be a cheerleader, but I just don't get it. Gotta give him credit though, he keeps getting back up. Forget D-Wade's commercial about getting knocked down, and getting back up. He has nothing on the mad dog.

Because that's where he belongs! He should be the mop guy wiping up the sweat, that's about all he's good for. I'm a huge Laker fan going back to the 1970's and when he was a Laker I was baffled as to how he made the team. I just assumed he was the "Token white guy" on the team. He certainly was no Kurt Rambis! Hell, he wasn't even as good as Mark Landsburger. Who's Landsburger you ask? No one you'd remember, which is what Madsen will be in a few years.

Hah, looks like Morgan Freeman! My opinion is that it's his type of play and style. For many people, he's just annoying and really gets on your nerves because the way he rebounds and boxes out, it's so aggressive. This kind of pisses some players off, and I did see the one where McDysse threw him down and K.G. got mad. Another example of this would be Bruce Bowen, the way he plays such aggressive defense really ticks people off. But hey, that's what makes Bowen renowned for, his DEFENSE. But Mark Madsen is worse, probably it is because he's getting payed millions for doing nothing as you mentioned. I can't wait to see who throws Mark down next!!!

They really don't respect him. They see Mark and think he's just some scrub, so they don't give him much regard they would other players. McDyess and Booz wouldn't try that sort of stuff against most other players. But, I also think there's some flopping going on on Mark's end to sell the foul.

He's a physical defensive guy and his hustle and energy were his only forte. If y'all remember when he's still on Laker team, he's the guy who kept frustating KG.
