No.

Fate is the belief that things happen for a reason, that all of the universe is planned, and your place in it is pre-determined.

Luck is the belief that random things happen, good or bad, that have nothing to do with who you are or what you do.

If you believe in fate, then everything is fate, which means luck has to be fate as well, does it not? It's kinda a screwed up way to see things, that what you do won't change what happens.

If you don't believe in fate, luck is different than fate, considering fate doesn't exist to you ;)

Not exactly, see fate is when something is meant to be and luck is when you least expect it. For instance, If a guy saw a woman he liked and asked her out...10 yrs later they are happily married and in love..thats fate. They were meant to be together. On the other hand, for example, if you buy a lottery ticket and won, that was just luck because you were taking a chance and were the only winner out of million other players.

fate tends to make me think or ill as opposed to destiny the predestined side of good outcomes or success but luck is random and both good or bad they are similar but different .
dumb luck to be fated or is that destiny ? neither I think it's just accidentally good fortune as in fortuitous. The dictionary says it's a force but I think it chance or probability. some might use them interchangeably but the fate is more definite to me but Websters says lot is a synonym thus i think so is luck.

you know a wave? fate is like a wave...that was set in motion...but it doesn't last forever...you can change the tides...with enough will...and then have a wave in the direction you desire...in fact, fates are more tangible, things that are probable to happen, so you know how to tackle it.....fate is a combination of lucks that happen to be in the same direction, by one big luck..

No; fate is what some people believe as a predestined existence, as though your life will unfold in a certain way and you're powerless to change it.

Luck is just random occurance; good or bad. Things that we cannot control.

no fate is the belief that no matter what choice you take you were destined to arrive at a certain point. ........luck is the idea that certain elements that you have no control over will help you out along that path.
