Name has to have some relevance be it societal, family/linage or most cherished things/values....

See I was blessed with a daughter on the world forestry day (being a forester) - 21 March - I chrisened here Just RAIN (11 years now). Initially, many ridiculed it but her all friends say now that she did not deserve any other name. She a great lover of forests/wildlife/energy conservation etc. You as parents can leave good values implanted on to your valued progenies.

Later, for a good rhyme, I named my 2 years younger son as SAMAR (meaning in urdu - fruit of good acts, and in hindi - a war for good cause)

You should think about names that have good meaning and that are meaningful to you. Research on-line, read books, buy maternity magazines. They'll have great ideas of how to and how not to name your baby. Your name Anna is English and it means"grace." How would you want your baby's name to be pronounced or spelled. what kind of meaning. What's their ethnic background. A cultural name. Name after a special relative or similar to them. Will the whole name have funny initials. Will it be common or unique. Will it be a flower name or a unisex name like Dakota or Sam. Have fun researching!!

I've always liked the name Tristan for a boy, but I ended up naming my son Chance. For a girl, I like the name Brooklyn.
