I think so.It is because,if humans exist on this earth ,then there might be someone in this universe who may look as same as humans or other than that.If you see history channel, then a program named history's mysteries gives, there once it was showing that there are aliens and many a times they have come to earth and even a person is there who have talked with them, they have even taken persons with them and examined them.

thats funny they probably ask the same about us.. of course they do.. are you that egotistical to think that we are alone..They may not have been here and made contact but be sure there are billions of stars and planets out there that can support life..the question should be have they been here? If they have they were probably repulsed by what they saw ,we are a primitive species and barbaric ..who would want to get involved with us ,but never be so stupid to think that we are all there is..

No one knows obviously, but the best way to approach something like this is a statistical analysis, and given that it is HIGHLY probable...In fact it is almost certain given the sheer size of the universe

Im sure they do, considering the size of the universe, but I dont think they are able to travel the millions of light years to get to earth. There has to be some sort of life out there.

Forget about it. Of course, they do. What of humans? What is stoping them from existing? Nothing anz, just forget about the unique human existence.

Yes, of course they do
why could earth be the only planet in the universe with life on it?
We're not the only ones, there is no way
The universe is never ending, and we've never seen it all.
