due to rotaion of the earth, its inclination at its axis and due to earth being round.....different points on the globe have different intensities of sun due to the above factors

This is because of the position of the earth with respect to sun. All part of the earth does not receive light from the sun at the same time. The time has been calculated based on the greenwich meridian. so in order to maintain correct and uniform difference in the timing it has been calculated. And also based on the position of the sun, the entire 24 hours is divided accordingly in their respective countries and standardized.

Its depend on the rotation of the earth via axis.. and the distribution of the sun.. When half of the earth faces the sun, the half facing the sun is daytime.. while the half facing away from the sun is nighttime.. Also, they differ in time, because of international dateline..

the earth is tilted at exactly 23.5 degrees. the part facing the sun has a different time with the opposite part. the imaginary line which we call the international dateline separates the countries that may either be advanced for one day and vice verca

It is only because of the rotation of the earth and because of its spherical ( globe ) structure.
the tilt of 23.5 degrees gives rise to various seasons on the planet. If it doesn't have this tilt, then the regions nearer to pole would be continiously under ice cover....

Although it looks to be a simple question, it turns out to be an interesting one.....

This is because of the geometry of earth(shape, rotation and inclination).so at a time one side of earth gets light and other side in is dark. This is basis for the time gap.
