I need to get my power windows fixed and I want to get a couple of estimates. The problem is I don't know who to call. Can anyone help?

any local mechanic should be able to handle it.or if you go to local junk yard they may have new motor for window at a discount

You could begin by calling the dealership of the type of car you have(ie:chevy,ford,etc.). Another way to go would be to contact any local auto parts stores and ask for a recommendation of a good shop or mechanic who do window work. As a last resort, call your insurance carrier and ask who they would recommend.Good luck.

Search the phone book and go to someone whom you have never heard of. They need the business and will give you a better deal than the ones who spend money on advertising.

Look in the yellow pages, call repair shops, ask if they do that kind of work, and get referrals if they don't. Best of luck.
