I'm addressing envelopes to send to restaurant managers, but I'm not putting a name on the envelope. How should I label the outside? I was thinking it should say ATT: operating manager or something. Any advice?

I'm assuming you are sending resumes to different restaurants in search of employment. If that is the case, it's always best to address letters and envelopes to specific people, and if you can call the restaurant and ask for the name of the manager, that would be ideal. If that isn't possible, go ahead and put ATTN: General Manager as the addressee.

No Dear Poster it sould say

:Attention Owner of Faculty..or Bistro..or Whichever may apply or Pub etc..

My family owns a Pub and well it would be opened if that is how it was addressed the way you would have addressed it would have been thrown in the trash..
Why go to the middle man instead go straight to the descion maker!

Hope this helps you..

Personnel Manager if you are looking for a job. Procurement Manager if you are trying to sell something.
