PLease help me. I have recently got a trojan horse onto my PC upstairs which is conected wirelessly to my mac downstairs. I have now gotten rid of my trojan horse, but will my mac downstairs be affected?
Please help. Many thanks

Generally a Trojan Horse written for the Windows platform won't work on a Mac. However, there are Trojan Horses written for the Mac platform also.

No, it will not affected the mac. The percentage is 0%. Usualy the trojan is only written for specific OS, so if your windows take affect, the mac will not.

unlikely, PCs and macs run different operating systems.

However, it would be prudent to make sure both computers are running anti virus software.

To get free software for the PC, go to www.avast.com

I am not certain of this, but they may have a version for the mac too
