Type in "auto glass" into Yahoo searchbar then hit the "local" tab on the drop down menu next to it (or above it) Yahoo will ask for your zip code. Thats how I found mine.
p.s. not "any garage" will do it

Go into the Yellow Pages and look up Auto Parts.
Then find the make, model, and year of your car and call around to see how much the part costs. Call 3-4 places and get a good idea of an average price (do NOT buy the part).
Then go back to the Yellow Pages and look up Auto Repair.
Call around and ask for some estimates on how much the repair will cost. You will have to pay more for someone to fix it, but it shouldn't be more than $50-$100 dollars for the part. This way you can find a reasonable dealer. Most auto repair stores and all stores that belong to a chain will want to buy the part themselves. When you find a reasonable price for the repair job then you can go to that place to get it fixed (replacing the power window motor is not a major job). You can use your quotes on how much the part cost as leverage in your dealings. If someone is trying to charge you too much then you only have to tell them where to find the part cheaper.
Most stores won't want to deal with a used part dealer, unless they have disassembled the car and can sell them only the part. Motors wear out pretty quickly so I wouldn't recommend getting a used one; you really need a long one to get the most life out of it.
There are a few auto dealers that scam their customers, but if you have the part number and seem to know what you are talking about then they will be more likely to deal fairly with you.
You could do some research on the web and look for the part number and advice on how to install the new motor (this will give you an idea of how long it takes and how much labor it will cost). The best place to start this research is on your car manufacturer's website. If that doesn't work then you can find the nearest auto dealer and call them to ask them. They should be happy to deal with you in hopes that you will let them do the work. On average the dealer will be able to get the part cheaper, but, and have technicians trained to do that job, but their labor costs more because of that. To get the job done as best as possible the dealer is the way to go, but if money is a concern (and finding out how much the part costs will help you there) then you need to get several estimates before having the work done.
An auto repair shop will want you to come in so they can look at the problem, but they should be able to estimate this problem easily and over the phone. If not then they should be able to still give you a free estimate. Ask them about it BEFORE they give you an estimate. If not they might want to charge you for it and that is the sign of a shop that you don't want to deal with.

Call an auto electrician or auto electrics garage. i am an auto electrician and deal with more power windows then i can poke a stick at.
Try and find a retired auto leccy. This way he'll most probably do it dirt cheap, have many years experience and won't be likely to damage your car like an apprentice whos still learning.

call your insurance claim and ask them whom they work with. Perhaps the work for your windows can be covered. However, any body shop and has an auto electrician around your town can fix it. Just make sure you search for the best.....

If you have warranty go to dealer., but read details carfully...99% of bumper to bumper warranties expire 3years 36k miles. extended warranty will not cover this. If out of Warranty, got to a shop that specializes in electrical diagnosis, any one can say it is the motor, but it could be a wire or a switch.

I would just visit a few local garages and see what they say - if the insurance will cover it, go to the dealer
