I just want some football fan's options on this my husband and I where watching something on TV and a "fat head" commercial came on so I turned my husband and said would it not be cute get our son some you know of the Red Skins(my team) and the NY Giants(my husbands team). He got all up set about how you can't do... blah blah he should only have one team in there. He wants his team only in there. But really what would wrong with it? We rent it would be nice to have something that didn't put holes in wall and still could be taken when move out? Our son is four and likes both teams.

lol love coments... but have admit that if a wifes only major grip of her husband is over a stickers... not too bad of a place. I must admit that i also had other motives when talking to husband about doing our son's room... when do our house(one that we are not renting) i'd always pictured our den cut down the middle with his football stuff and my football stuff, big tv, nice leather, a wet bar and dart board.

I've paid more then $100 on a football poster and that was in 2000 or 1999 it's a poster of the player with all thier signatures of year that they were sold. It just all depends on what you want and it means to you. in some peoples eyes i may have paided too much but i'm ok with that. i just remember being a little sitting with papa watching football or wwf or going hunting or fishing.

If anything, teach your son about sportsmanship and respect, not only for what ever team he decides to be a fan of, but all teams, and that no matter whom ever you are a fan of, they still have to show up mentally and physically and play the game with respect for team mates, and all other players & Coaches in the league.Competition is a good thing, and good sportsman ship should be displayed at all levels no matter what position, no matter what the pay/salary or lack there of in the case of adolescent and ameture sports. Although society has become materialistic and vain, it still just a game, and that in the end there will always be a winner and a loser, that the way it is, even in a tie game. The winner is there to have fun and compete, play fair and without complacency and vengeance. The loser will always breed contempt and regret with no respect towards team mates or the opponents, and in the end only hurting himself and his team for his dissension and complacency.

Furthermore, let your son make his own decisons, I was the only Dallas in my family growing up, and I still am a Dallas fan in my own new family, when I have a child, I would like to see him be a Dallas fan, but I would rather see him chose his own path, wether he is interested in football or not.. I will teach him the basics of good sportsmanship above team loyalty/rivalry like chosing between The Cowboys or the Giants, Redskins or Eagles. A rivalry between teams can be a good thing, as my Father and grandfather are both Giants Fans, it helped me realize, especially growing up that Family and respect for eachother is more important than a football team.

1) Do you really think the county reps want to hear all the complaints that would be kicked to them? I don't think they'd go for it. 2) Someone would have to collect, document, and audit those sales taxes (that's be the IRS). You'd also be creating a huge black market with a sales tax that high. 3) There isn't many taxes now that depend on personal property evaluations. Some states still do though. I don't think overall it'd have any effect. 4) Fire them, and have them collect unemployment and welfare (Brilliant). Define useless. 5) There are still "Due process" requirements. All people are assumed not guilty. The legal system couldn't establish illegality within 72 hrs. What are you going to do with those people that aren't from Mexico? 6) I don't have a problem with giving soldier pay raises, but....Do you really want to give a large segment of the buying public around US bases that much more money? What do you think will happen to the price of goods in those areas? (Cha-Ching) Inflation. 7) In theory OK, but,...You'd never get that passed. Too much self-interest on both sides. 8) I think they'd leave it. Edit: Due process applies to ALL, regardless.

Wow...perhaps you get him to realize he's an adult? I'm a Jets fan and this is what we have to deal with in these Giants fans...they act like they are on the Payroll or something! I say, go ahead and decorate your house anyway you doggone please...you're the lady of the house and he'll have to respect that...or is he going to go into the four year olds room and vandalize it...I can only imagine what his reaction is when a real problem pops up...If the guy puts his team before his family, you'd better start looking for a divorce attorney now.

I tend to agree with you, what is the difference? The kid doesn't care that much right now anyway, probably just likes the emotion you and your husband show while watching the game. He wants to be part of the fun too.

Get him some Dallas Cowboy stuff. Wait, they suck.

Maybe just some football wallpaper. Not any specific team, just footballs (the balls themselves) as a trim. The child can go more specific as he gets older and starts to understand the game itself.

Ha ha, I luv it. I get where he's coming from esp. as you like teams within the same division. By the way it's one word "Redskins."

Anyhoo, personally, those Fatheads crack me up. They would look great on a kid's wall. I say compromise and pick a really good player from the other conference and you're both happy. Say Tomlinson or Ocho Cinco.

Well guys take it more seriously. It would not be "cute" at all to have an opposing team in the house. Not only that, but the redskins are hated by the giants.
