Normally if a player is fouled in the act of shooting he/she is awarded two foul shots. However if the player is fouled in the act of shooting and they make the basket, the basket counts and they are awarded one foul shot. The :and one" refers to the one foul shot they get when they are fouled make make the shot.

and one mean that the player made the basket he shot and he was fouled. so the basket he made counts and he gets a shot at the free throw line for an extra point.

when you make a shot and get fouled
you get a free throw
so you can get 3 points for a 2 point shot
or you can get 4 points for a 3 point shot
depending on if you make the free throw or not

The phraze "and one" became popular on the streets before it became popular any where else. It is simply slang for "You fowled me and still couldn't keep me from scoring!!" It is kind of an "In your face" expression. It is now also a brand of basketball shoe.. They are quite comfortable, but they wear out pretty fast...Hope this helped!

Simply the player scored the basket and was fouled. The "and one" is the one foul shot he/she gets after the basket.
