I would change the fact that one of my best friends died of AIDS about 12 years ago. It would have made a huge difference because I would have left California at some point to live in New York with him. My whole life would be different. Plus - I still miss him more than words can say.

My goodness, here lies the irony.. If you could go back in time and possibly change the future of the world, would it be right for you to commit a crime? Would you be able to do it? For eg, kill Hitler while he was still a child? It would make a lot of difference but it may also mean the world would never learn it's lesson and be vulnerable to an even bigger madman who does not exist now because Hitler was around. Taking the example further, what world would you 'return' to since Hitler never existed? It may be a one way trip because you never left to get rid of Hitler since he died as a child (like the countless other children who have died before and after him)...

The assassination of Archduke Francis Ferdinand...
I doubt it would have prevented the first world war, since everyone back then was so tightly wound up, but you gotta wonder...

That or I would change things so Wesley Clark had been the democratic contender for President in 2004, he would have mopped the floor with that other guy.

I wish that Nuclear Weapons weren't invented. Everyone agree that these weapons will be the cause of unimaginable destructions on the earth's future and our very own existence as a human race.

I wish I would've held off and lost my virginity to my fiancée. It would've made a difference, of course.

Whatever is not as 'part, whole, equivalence, uniqueness, limit, link, sensation, influence, derivative, origin, condition, rule, intent, and fulfillment' is the biggest thing I wish you could go back in time and change.
