0.32>0.17x
0.32/0.17>x

0.17x > 0.32x

Multipiply both sides by 100,

17x > 23x

Move the 17x to the right hand side.

0 > 6x

This means 6x < 0, which means x < 0, which contradicts the fact that x > 0.
Therefore, it is false.

0.17x > 0.32x
<=> 0 > 0.15x (subtracting 0.17x from both sides)
<=> 0 > x (dividing both sides by 0.15)
<=> x < 0

So this is exactly the wrong way around.
