if i go to a gym for 7 months for 5-6 hours a day for 5 days a week, and dont use steroids but i might use performance enhancing stuff from GNC, how much can i get my bench press up?

it took me four years of lifting 4x a week to get my bench from 75lbs to 245lbs

takes time bruh

Dude are you kidding me 5-6 hours a day for 5 days a week your crazy. First of, you will probably die after the 2nd day if you tried to do that. Seriously though, if you can pull that off your not doing your body any good. Your body needs to rest and if you pulled that off you will not be able to bench press anything. Your workout should only be 1 hour an hour and half tops, anything more than that your just straining your body. 4 days a week is perfect that will give your body enough rest.

LOL, you can't be serious with that schedule right? You're supposed to only work out for an hour each day for maybe 3 or 4 days a week....each day reserved for a specific body part...maybe mon (arms, shoulders) tue (chest, tri's) wed (legs, abs) ....something like that.....stay away from roids, good idea, but GNC sh1t is good...maybe some creatine or something...good luck bro.

Keep doing it and your muscles will develop over time. I do it every night and I have more muscle than i used to
