use quotations around exact in formation like "John Smith" and add any details like their state or job or something like that.

Try adding, to the search, the city or place that they live.
Nothing like looking up John Smith!

Put their name in quotation marks. e.g. "John Doe"
That way it doesn't show every place the two names appear together, e.g. Elton` John, Doe hunter....
