usually bulky (eventhough it's all-in-one), ink needs constant refilling which isn't cheap! slow duplex printing. poor colour on pictures. No USB cable included. Setting up the fax function is harder than it should be. paper jams r a nightmare. Just so slow & noisy.. such a hassle, better off with individual machines!!

I have had one for about 4 years and it's a dream. Easy to use each and every one of the functions and no part of it has ever broken down. It's convenient, takes up very little space and you don't need to replace ink/toner on multiple machines.

most of them are not built for heavy duty use. if you do not make a ton of copies or prints then they are ok. but if one thing breaks then you are usually left with a very large fax machine :)

look at between the recent Kodak Easyshare all-in-ones. I very own one and prefer it. The actually do all of it. The cool section is that the colour ink for them is merely $15 and the black ink is merely $9.
