Your question has to do with Newton's famous equation which states: Force = Mass x Acceleration
If the mass is given in kg, while the acceleration is in m/sec^2 (i.e. in the MKS system of units), the force is expressed in newtons. In your example, therefore, Force F = 75 kg * 2 m/s^2 = 150 N (newtons)

2 * 75 = 150.

Note that from F = ma we can verify that N is the same as kg * m/s^2.
