When you lure the Berserker into the greenhouse area, you've got to lure her into the pillars supporting the glass ceiling. As she smashes the pillars (and you're jumping out of the way!!), she's opening up holes in the ceiling for the Hammer of Dawn signal to get through. There should be a Hammer lying around the immediate area (the game always provides you with one when you need it). The more pillars she breaks, the wider of an area there is for the Hammer to work in, so get her to break most, if not all of them. When you have a clear Hammer signal, blast her with the Hammer, then headshot with your weapon of choice til she goes down!

I would recommend all of these answers but if I could add a little something here it would be, If you use a full hammer of dawn shot on a berserker and then you tag it with a grenade...KABOOM! It's gone...

You just have to get her into the second green house area. Once you get there you have to wait until the Hammer gets online.

you need to make him run into those green cement post, try making him run into all of them so u can beat him a little easyer it's not that hard.
