you can use yahoo finance. they have a currrency converter. you can exchange it in a bank but i would suggest that you research for other institutions that give a higher exchange rate than the bank. banks often have a lower rate

I found the following website helpful for converting currency. Any bank should be able to cash it in for you.

go to a stockbroking site, I'll think of one in a minute, type in what you have and it'll tell you what you get for it in any currency you like.
