Not really. Because superstitions just seem silly. I own a black cat. I've walked under plenty of ladders, I even opened an umbrella in the house once. (it was a gift and I wanted to see it.) And everything is fine. ::shrug::

I don't generally believe in omens of bad luck, but I'll admit that I occasionally do those little gestures for good luck--say "bless you" when someone sneezes; throw salt over my left shoulder if I spill it; touch wood for good luck. It's sort of like... recreational superstitions :-) When it comes down to doing anything that seems truly unreasonable, though--like forwarding a chain letter? No way.

I'm not, but I've known many who are (were). I have a black kitten now I want to adopt out, but around here there are people who sacrifice black cats, chickens, etc, so I have to be very careful who I give her to. I heard that if you give someone pearls, you are giving them tears (bad luck). It's all nonsense, but if people believe it, it's dangerous (like fundamental religion--all of them).

I think I’m, its much easier to throw bad thing which happen in your life on fate or etc. without explaining them, isn’t it? It makes our life easier: Oh, my life is great his sucks, well that’s our fate….. Check it out logically and you will see your effort in every single thing happening in your life, every one. As they say: THIS IS YOUR LIFE, YOU made it so far. You!
