Mozilla Firefox Definately.
Its more secure than IE, runs faster and uses less resources.
Most impressive thing is whatever you dont find in firefox you can install it through extensions and plugins.
(Tab Mix Plus, Watacrackaz sms toolbar - can send free sms, gmail checker, greasemonkey, and hundreds of more according to your requirement.).
You can configure its setting by typing "about:config" in address bar and than hit return.
it lets you modify every possible settings and thus totally open browser i have ever seen.
Hope this help you someway.
Thanks.

I discovered Firefox purely by accident a little over a year ago and I've been using it ever since. I really like it a lot because it's safer and faster than Internet Explorer. However, I did update to IE 7 and I only use it if a website isn't compatible with Firefox. Otherwise I only use Firefox. I especially like the different themes that you can get for Firefox like Halloween and Christmas. Right now I'm using the green cat theme.
A few months ago I had to download Firefox to my dad's computer because he still has Windows 98 and IE7 doesn't work on it. He likes it a lot better than IE too.

I like firefox, the only thing I don't like about it is you can't copy and paste, which i guess is some sort of security feature...
