Well first of all, have you ever actually met any garbage men? You needn't be so condescending. And what makes you think that President Bush has poor manners? He is not very smooth, but that doesn't mean that he hasn't been raised to have manners.
I do like the way you say President Bush instead of just Bush though.

Listen Bush has no manners just by virtue of the fact that he is breathing. That said, why pick on garbage men? Garbage men have really good manner, after all they pick up the trash dont they?

No. he has better etiquette and manners than the average garbage man but that does not make him a better man.

No, most of the garbage men I have known have been very considerate. Bush does live up the waste management slogan of "satisfaction guaranteed or double your garbage back."
