Hey Sweety !! I used to call jamaica all the time -(used to live there) ...anyway the best card i found was a card called " Ci-Ci" - i found it in most Mac's milk and small variety stores - it should give you like 45 minutes for like 5 bucks !!

well for one thing the rate phone card that is sold around here are different from store to store,as the owner, try to buy ones they think has the best minutes to sell to the public,, my suggestion to you is to go to your enterprising liquor and/or mexican market,dollar store,etc ,that display what they have and where you can call for so many minutes, or ask the store shop for any suggestions...

There is a good one called "TCC CARIBBEAN" or one called "011".Five dollars give you 170 mins once you are calling a home phone but 30 mins for cell.Hope this helps.
