get an emulator, got to

http://www.ccs64.com or
http://www.viceteam.org

then search

http://arnold.c64.com for games

Yes, do a search for C64 emulators you download them, and you can download dozens of games from old C64s and just run then thru the emulator.. Not all games work with all emulators though...
