Once when I was in pre-school (but that was a dress and not a skirt) and once while I was in middle school where I promptly smacked the boy. A few close few female friends have pulled it up before but it was all jokingly and in the privacy of a a home.

no and if someone did ill properly turn around and start yelling at them but if it was my mom thats different but a stranger no way

yeah by my older cousin making sure i had shorts underneath so i could go bowling with her.
and by the wind like once, but then i make sure it doesn't go up again.
