Since "your truth" is a purely subjective thing i.e. highly personalised depending on your own individual circumstances, life legacy, education, knowledge and all that makes you what you are today, then to not be able to handle 'your truth' would in some cases be illogical and in others a sign of mental illness perhaps; a deep insecurity of some kind - or simply not being fully cognisant of what 'your truth' is....
