Per the Center for Disease Control, these are the only 3 states in which 30% or more of the adult population are obese, though the population of all but 3 states has at least 20% of their population obese.

I heard that it was Texas, but I'm pretty sure that it is a national problem and not just isolated to Texas. I live in California. Believe me, we have tons of overweight people. Of course they don't show you that side of California in the movies or on tv. I'd say the overweight population here is about 60% to 70%. It is kind of scary. Makes you wonder what they are putting in our food.

Well I heard about this on tv. They were all southern states. I know two it's Texas and Louisiana. I'm not sure about the third. But you know us southerners, we love all that southern fried foods.
