infomation about san francisco's new law sick leave pay?

How will this new law affect part time workers.

the law states that all employer in san franc will be required to pay sick leave. Employers with 10 or few workers will offer as many as five paid sick days per year. I would imagine that it would be pro rated, but you would have to ask your employer on that. It is unclear from what I read, whether it is just for full time.
