This is an age old question in the school system.

How do you deal with a female student who is allgedly prostituting herself? (a student under 16 years old to be exact).

I've had a recently surfacing problem in classroom management which is only getting worse by the summer. Female students are wearing provocative clothing that makes them look older and more developed (despite the fact they aren't). One such student in particular has stopped wearing school uniform and wears tight pants, a tight shirt that shows off her bust - and if that wasn't enough, the administration has told me she used to invite boys from school and her neighborhood to her home to "hit it" for $.

How do you even deal with this?

Her parents supposedly know about this as they removed her from school for a semester and sent her back to her country. WELL she's BACK IN SCHOOL and I assume she's "BACK ON THE BLOCK".

I've asked if the AP could force her into school uniform because I'm tired of her coming to class dressed like an adult - a woman I'd be dating at 26.

The boys try to sit next to her all the time hoping they can roughhouse with her - tickle her - o for lack of a better term "COP A FEEL".

Today she was in a group table in this 8th grade classroom surrounded by boys and when I saw one of them "tickling" her, I forced her to move and sit by herself in the back of the room.

I looked one of the boy's square in his eyes and if by telepathy I used eye language to tell him...

"I KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS ARE TRYING TO DO, BUT I'M NOT GONNA LET YOU DO IT."

It school the best thing you can do is make sure the student is adhering to your dress code policy and I would keep the parents involved. I would also bring in DCYF (Department of Children, Youth, and Families) or whatever name it has in your jurisdiction into the situation. Unfortunately there are prostitutes in the world and they have to start some where. You can try to desuade this child as much as you can - but you might not be able to.

Good Luck!!!

Talk to her parents. DOCUMENT this. Talk to the administration and DOCUMENT this. If something were to happen in your classroom (say you had a sub, had to step out for a minute) this would show a pattern. Whatever happens in class regarding her and these boys, you need to keep record of it. Write them up so you leave a paper trail. If her parents arent going to do much about it and the school wont enforce dresscode/uniforms, then all you can do is CYA. Do NOT allow yourself to be left alone with her either.

WOW! well first off the parents obviously dont care enough, maybe u should take it to a higher authority, not to get her in trouble but to get her help....let the principle know whats going on so u wont get caught up in anything

till now I reached the element the place I study you crossed the line in the two the way you spoke after her request and your 'complying' with the request (Gee, you extremely make your self out as a sufferer with out decision) i could have mentioned ,"visit the crucial and record the incident to furnish your self with protection." yet on account which you have now broken the regulation the crucial could have not any option yet to call interior the police and you'd be charged, lose your job, be positioned on a intercourse offenders record and doubtless jailed. The crucial will take care of the college and the scholars, even whether that's from themselves, no longer you. you notice you are the grownup able of have faith and you made a silly mistake (hormones gained out over trouble-free experience). There could be not greater coaching jobs and subject getting any good job. you have a pair of real looking alternatives as you won't be able to turn returned the palms of time. you are able to courageous it out at your present day college and do and say no longer something. you are able to ask to no longer have this student on your class yet then questions would be asked and maybe the girl may even get disenchanted and say some thing herself. whether no longer disenchanted with you over some thing there could desire to be gossip. each and all of the time you are the place you're you're in possibility of exposure and no person will supply you any sympathy. you're able to desire to resign from the college you instruct at and circulate as some distance away as obtainable to a diverse coaching job, in case you are able to have faith your self to be greater in charge. you would be safer out of state. Now i'm providing you with suggestion on account which you asked for it and with a bit of luck this grow to be one very stupid mistake you made and you will certainly no longer be tempted to repeat it. positioned your self interior the mum and dad' place (any mom and dad from the college no longer purely this woman's mom and dad). could they be providing you with suggestion that can assist you? i do no longer think of so. they could be those calling the police. playstation with your YA call I DOUBT once you are the instructor, greater LIKE a woman in the different case you have a severe identity subject.
