How do i stop nervous blinking in front of camera?

i am taking a TV commercials class and the instructor told me i was blinking a lot on camera. (anxiety and nerves)

Is there a method i can gradually stop this?

Don;t look right into the camera, you can point your face at it, but divert your eyes away

I have stopped guessing, after it failed in one or two occasions. Anyway, I don't want to stop my helping habit. It may be because that one is a very old camera. Keep a brand new and latest model. Then you may like.
