Washed what? I use plain old bleach to get coffee stains out of mugs and such, and it works great. But you did not say what it was you need to get the stain out so it's hard to tell.

There's no need to cry over spilled coffee. Here's four easy ways to get coffee out of your clothes and get on with your breakfast:
Method One - Commercial Stain Remover
Saturate the dirty area with pretreatment laundry stain remover. Wait one minute for the product to penetrate the stain. Launder immediately.
Method Two - Vinegar
To remove coffee (and chocolate stains), mix one teaspoon of white vinegar in one quart of cold water. Sponge on stain and wipe clean.
Method Three - Egg Yolk Solution
Mix the yolk of an egg and a few drops of alcohol with a little warm water. Rub mixture on the stain with a sponge.
Method Four - Baking Soda
Sprinkle a little baking soda on a wet dishcloth to quickly remove coffee and tea stains.
Of the four methods, commercial stain removers do the best job. The other three are effective if you don't have access to laundry supplies -- a restaurant, for instance.
One final tip: if posssible never let a coffee stain set. The more dry the stain, the more rotten your chances are of removing it.
Stay clean. Stay cool.

If you've already washed and dried it in a dryer, your stain is already set in and probably won't come out. You can try using an enzyme paste on the stain and rinse in clear cold water, but it may be too late.

Try using a stain remover like SHOUT. Instead of washing immediately, let it stand for a few hrs., even overnight. It will sometimes even work on things that have gone through the dryer.

If you've already dried it once, the stain may be set in.
You could try mixing one teaspoon of vinegar to one quart of cold water. Spray onto the stain and then blot it up. It may loosen and bring the stain out.
Good luck.

I heard that Coca-Cola can help to get rid of stains. You may like to try soaking your garment overnight in Coca-Cola and wash it the following day.

try white distilled vineger, direct from the bottle, let it soak for a few minutes then rub gently with soap of your choice, rinse with lots of water. Vineger is great for many household needs, go by the book or look it up online

the problem isnt the washing - its the drying. If you've dried it, then you've set it in.
Try to find a product called "ZOUT!" it gets out practically everything - and I do mean meanrly everything.
