I suppose it depends on the state you're in. I've heard of a hardship license that you can use ONLY to go to school or work. But if you are caught going anywhere except between home and work/school, you'll really pay a price. Not sure if you go to jail or you just lose your license without getting to use a hardship license.

Depends on why it was suspended. It also depends on how the Judge suspended it. Sometimes they suspend it totally for 30 or 60 days but then allow you to request a temporary license for driving to and from work or to and from school or to and from rehab. So I would go back to the court that suspended your license and see exactly how the Judge suspended it and petition the court for a restricted license. But I can tell you right now, if you don't need the license for work, rehab or school, you probably won't get it.

Take it from a individual who has dealt with this many circumstances formerly. something that calls to your drivers license counsel (i.e - writing a verify) might desire to effect on your license being suspended if the outdoors individual comes to a decision to report a healthful.

no, a suspended lisnce is just that..suspended, if they take it away you cant just go and get a "different" one, there are some cases though they can let you have it for work or if you are taken care of someone ill and you are all they have but there are stipulations and curfews that go with it and if you abuse that you can lose it for a longer period of time or for good! with a heffty big fine!!! so becareful

If it was suspended for driving under the influence you can drive to and from AA meetings. Ironically, you can't go to a gas station

nope. there is a reason why your license was suspended. why should they reward bad behavior?
use public transportation
get a bicycle.
and learn from your mistake. why should you have it easy?
