Looking for children's show.?

It was aired in canada. It had a white girl with black hair, a black guy and a radio, and I cannot remember the name of any of them. Radio was a "character" - it talked and stuff... What else... Ughh... Hmmm... The memory fails me...

I want to know the name of the show but can't remember...

This was CBC Kids, the girl was Alyson Court(also from the Big Comfy Couch and the voice for Jubilee in the XMen Cartoon in the 80's) the boy was Michael...The Space Case was one of the characters...This was the filler between when Arthur, Clifford and the other kids shows were on until 11 or so...
