It doesn't sound like you know much about him except that he likes to mess with you.. I guess flirt, right?
Talk to him.. Maybe have lunch with him. Become his friend and see where it goes from there. He doesn't have to be your boyfriend right away.
Above poster is right.. it can be a very bad idea to date people from work. Are you willing to change places of employment if everything goes to hell with this guy?
I think you should just get to know this guy a little better. Maybe you can be work friends.

It's never a good idea to date a guy you're working with. When and if the relationship fails then you still have to see him and work with him everyday. It's very awkward and chancy. If he turns out to be a jerk he could say bad things about you behind your back to other coworkers. Too chancy and too risky. Date outside the office. Good luck.

Sure, give him a chance and see what happens. You can always dump him later if the relationship is going nowhere.

I think age is only a number. Its all about how well you and this other person get along. Do you enjoy his company? Do you want to spend time with him, if so, do it.

Find out if his intentions are good...prayer is usually a good start. Ask him if he's spiritual and if he wants to go to church with you sometime. If not, then he just wants you for your looks...if so, then he really wants to get to know you.

A thirty year old man....a 20 year old girl with no experience. He 'seems like a nice guy'. Please , (I'm old enough to be your mother..and then some).....don't do it. Your inner voice is telling you to beware.....listen.
