Not only would anarchy be the state of civilization, but humans by nature, historically want more, & dominate,kill, or imprison those they fear or oppose.

With no restrictions violence would be beyond what you could conceive, & the more elder, infirm, peaceful would be killed as the herd is thinned.

Imagine all of the taxes that cannot be collected from imports and exports. If we reduced restrictions.
