So... Why is it that almost all game shows have female models?
I mean why can't the industry entertain the female watcher?
For example Deal or No Deal? 26 ladies, why not 26 men?

Women are either more secure with their sexuality, or are just used to being objectified (or both.) Fact is, a show can have 26 females parading around and not lose the female audience. Whereas 26 Chippendale dancers might alienate the male viewers.

I believe this is because women are more likely to watch a game show to begin with and Deal or No Deal is trying to get men to watch also. Another reason is I think that ladies would still admit to watching the show if there are 26 lady models, but if there were 26 male models I doubt men would admit to other men that they watch the show and then the word of mouth (which can get more viewers for a show) would be alot lower.

I remember one from the 80's called Caeser's Challenge that had a man dressed as a gladiator as its "model"

Oh, I like your thinking!

Price is Right, too. Instead of the Barker's Beauties they need some men!
