for those in china is there problem with www.126.com. all the mails that i sent with it keeping returning .?

infact all the mails that i have sent through www.126.com have failure delivery is there any problem with www.126.com or is it from my own server or computer , please help me, as soon as possible, thanks

actually, i've been having problems with this stupid system as well. but then i found out that it was the system and not my computer. so keep it cool and chill for a day, it should be up and running...maybe.
