who should pete carroll hire to be offensive coordinator now that lane kiffin has signed to be head coach of the raiders?

well the early rumor is sarkisian will be selected as oaklands oc, but otherwise yes. his decision to turn down the raiders was bad unless it was personal. come on, a qbs coach in college jumps to head coach of an NFL team? Why not, what could he lose.
but promote someone within the organization- continuity of winningness

I f Pete Carroll is smart he will offer Steve Sarkisian more money to stay in USC. he does not want to have an offense run by a committee like the Patriots have tried to do the past couple of years. Besides, Sarkisian has experience in his system and has familiarity with Booty and the incoming QB's.

As far as the Raiders go, I don't understand why they didn't go after Norm Chow. He taught Lane Kiffin everything he knows about offense and he has experience with NFL defenses. He would also be a good chioce to teach a rookie QB.
