Given f(t) = t^(1/3) - 10, find the value of the derivative when t = -8.

f'(t) = (1/3)t^(-2/3) = 1/{3t^(2/3)}
f'(-8) = 1/{3*(-8)^(2/3)} = 1/(3*4) = 1/12
